Meet the Team!

Our passionate, caring and experienced team is here to help guide your journey.

Jen Donovan, MS, NTP, CGP, TRE

Jen Donovan completely rebuilt her life and career as a result of her experience with severe chronic illness. After finding no answers from conventional medical approaches, she took matters into her own hands and found a path to healing. Jen has diverse and comprehensive training including a master’s of science in family therapy, a Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises certification, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification, a Gut and Psychology Syndome certification, as well as several years of training and mentoring with internationally known medical nutritionist Mary Ruddick. Through this personal and professional journey, Jen has developed Six Support Protocols to provide a clear, structured, evidence based, and ALL ENCOMPASSING approach to finding a thriving life again. Let’s rebuild together, from the foundations up.

Suzanne Balestino, BSN, RN

Suzanne is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the healthcare industry since 2000 with a wide range of specialties that include pediatrics, OB/GYN, school nursing, home healthcare, and patient advocacy. After her own daughter was able to recover from severe digestive and neurological issues using the Rebuild Yourself protocols, Suzanne was inspired to shift her career and help other families struggling to navigate the conventional health care world.

While Suzanne is particularly passionate about working with children, teens and families, she loves helping all types of clients achieve goals of improved digestion, balanced hormones, and profound nervous system and immune health!

Melanie Cross

“I was passed from doctor to doctor without ever getting much relief all the while losing hope and becoming more and more depressed. It was only when I took my healing into my own hands that everything changed.”

Work with certified health coach Melanie Cross, trained and supervised directly by Jen Donovan in the Rebuild Yourself methods.

Melanie was trained at the Trinity School of Natural Health after personal experience healing Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, lyme, mold toxicity, and more and is ready to help you with your journey, no matter where you are starting from. “I decided to turn my pain into purpose by becoming a health coach so that I may help guide others on their own health journey.  I believe that everyone has the potential to heal given the right tools and guidance.”

Sally Butterman

The key to real progress for me, was integrating the spiritual and emotional work. Accepting acute illness as a divine initiation was a pivotal turning point in my healing journey.

Work with certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Sally Butterman, trained and supervised directly by Jen Donovan in the Rebuild Yourself methods.

Sally was experiencing debilitating cramps, agonizing mental symptoms, chronic fatigue, severe digestive dysfunction, and more. She was eventually diagnosed with endometriosis, SIBO, parasites, and adrenal fatigue. After finding her own path to health she is grateful to no longer experiencing these symptoms.

I quickly realized that it was up to me to figure out how to heal, and that no one was going to “fix me.” It can be very lonely and confusing to be chronically ill, and I am honored to be able to help guide and empower others on their own path toward health. The capacity to heal is already within all of us.

Mike Welch is a personal trainer, Acrofit certified instructor, and Neuromeditation level 2 certified instructor with an AAS in Exercise Science. His comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, integrative movement and energetic practices provide the spiritual and physical underpinnings of our work.

Mike shifted his career into the world of fitness after he was laid off from his high stress job in the tech industry. He pursued exercise and lifestyle changes as a remedy to his mental health challenges including PTSD, depression and anxiety. Mike found some aspects of the fitness world lacking in it’s understanding of the nervous system and subtle bodies, and began exploring meditation and spiritual practices. He has been trained as a Neuro Meditation Instructor Level 2 through the Neuro Meditation Institute.
