Mike will help you continue to individualize and trouble shoot your meditation practice, including issues related to Anxiety, Depression, PTSD or ADHD symptoms you may be struggling with.

55 Minute follow up includes personalized meditation coaching and practice: $120

30 Minute follow up includes trouble shooting and adjustment of treatment plan: $80
