Body Scan Meditation- for Building Neutral Body Awareness

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will retrain neural pathways related to self perception
  • This meditation will allow you to build body awareness from a place of neutrality which will increase your healing capacity
 

Cultivating a Neutral Relationship with Your Nervous System

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will retrain neural pathways related to self perception
  • This meditation will allow you to experience your symptoms in a neutral manner which will increase your healing capacity

Cultivating a Positive Relationship with Your Nervous System

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • This meditation should be attempted after the first two meditations have become well practiced and comfortable.
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will retrain neural pathways related to self perception
  • This meditation will allow you to experience your body’s natural reparative mechanisms in a positive manner which will increase your healing capacity

Cultivating Humility and Resilience

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will retrain neural pathways related to increasing capacity for elation and bliss
  • This meditation will allow you to cultivate new beliefs about your own body and healing capacity.
 

Cultivating Inner Strength

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • This meditation should only be attempted after the first two meditations have become well practiced and comfortable.
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will strengthen neural pathways that allow you to feel assertive, confident and courageous

Cultivating Inner Trust

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • This meditation should only be attempted after the first two meditations have become well practiced and comfortable.
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will strengthen neural pathways that allow you to feel trust in your own inner wisdom

Cultivating Inner Compassion

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • This meditation should only be attempted after the first two meditations have become well practiced and comfortable.
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-2 times per day, first thing after waking and/or last thing before bed.
  • This meditation will strengthen neural pathways that allow you to feel self compassion, comfort, and nurturing.

Releasing Stuck Energy and Inner Obstacles

  • This meditation is designed to retrain your brain pathways over time, with repetition and practice
  • This meditation should only be attempted if inner obstacles are discovered. An inner obstacle is a part of yourself that feels tense, resistant, or avoidant to content in any of the other meditations.
  • Ideally, this meditation should be done 1-3x a week, as long as these obstacles feel present. You can stop practicing this meditation once the obstacle feels resolved. If later, a new obstacle arises, you can revisit this meditation.
  • This meditation will strengthen your ability to release stuck tension and traumatic energy that may be creating obstacles to healing.
